Foundation Application Tips

I'm just mom like many of you -- not a makeup artist -- but with the trifecta of Crunchi Smart Primer, Flawless Foundation, and the No.1 Vegan Brush, even I can achieve the coveted "airbrush" matte finish I want!

Not all foundations are created equal, and there are many application techniques to try to suit your coverage needs. That being said, this is how I apply for flawless full coverage most days of the week ...

⭐️ For best results I always use with the Crunchi Vegan Flat Top Foundation Brush No. 1

😍 F O U N D A T I O N Application 101 😍

✅ Step 1: Prep your face by exfoliating regularly, cleansing with a toxin-free face bar, moisturizing with Daylight, protecting with Sunlight, and priming with Smart Primer.

✅ Step 2: Shake your foundation to blend the minerals together in case of separation. (We skip those toxic fillers that keep products blended, so don't forget this step!)

✅ Step 3: Apply 2 pumps of Flawless Foundation directly onto the No. 1 Flat Top brush.

✅ Step 4: Starting in blemish/red/uneven areas first, tap the foundation onto the cheeks, chin, nose, and forehead using a "stippling" (lightly pressing) motion to distribute the product evenly.

✅ Step 5: Once stippled all over the face, use a buffing motion to blend the product onto the jawline, by ears, hairline, and down onto your neck to blend.

✅ Step 6: If needed, apply 1 additional pump for extra coverage. Continue until you achieve your desired coverage.

👩🏼 Alternative method: Instead of pumping directly onto the brush, you may choose to pump onto the back of your hand and distribute product with more control over coverage areas.

👩🏼 For Concealer: apply concealer to brighten around eyes, to conceal blemishes, and shadow/red areas around your nose as well. I personally prefer to use concealer after foundation, but you may choose to apply conceal first. It is your preference. (search "concealer" within this groups for application tips!)

⭐️ For best results, set Foundation with the #nofilter Translucent Finishing Powder for an airbrushed matte finish.
